Introduction

Jessica Super Dogs, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates jessicasuperdogs.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We operate out of Shawnee, Oklahoma and serve clients throughout the OKC metro and beyond.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, physical address, information about your dog (name, breed, age, health history, training goals), and any other information you choose to share via our contact forms, evaluation requests, or future account registration.

When client accounts launch (Phase 3), we will also collect account credentials and preferences. When booking and payments launch (Phase 2), payment-related information will be processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This is collected via Google Analytics and Fathom Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver services, send operational communications (appointment confirmations, policy updates, etc.), improve the Site and our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean (United States data centers). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on administrative systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing (Phase 2+)

• Mailcoach Cloud — transactional email delivery

• Google Analytics — traffic analytics

• Fathom Analytics — privacy-focused traffic analytics

• DigitalOcean Spaces — file and image storage

• MUX — video hosting (Phase 7+)

Your Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop processing your information. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
